Customs

Destination countries may apply customs duties, taxes, or require a TAX ID and additional documentation. The recipient is fully responsible for these requirements and fees.
HapaKristin is not responsible for unpaid customs charges, missing documentation, or orders returned due to customs clearance issues, and refunds will not be issued in these cases. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing an order.

Customs duties and taxes are collected and processed directly by the destination country’s customs authority (e.g., U.S. Customs). Once paid, these charges are non-refundable, and we’re unable to issue refunds or gift cards for them.

Shipping duration

Orders are processed once every day. Standard shipping typically takes 5–14 business days depending on destination, while express shipping takes 2–5 business days.

While most orders are delivered within two weeks, delays may occur and can extend delivery up to 20 business days. Orders cannot be canceled due to shipping delays.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. If your package does not arrive within 17 business days from shipment, please contact our customer service team.

Note: If your carrier is DABONEA, once the package reaches your country it will be handed over to UPS. Please use the local carrier tracking number shown in red on your order page.

Failure to deliver

HapaKristin is not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, failure to pickup package on time etc. If the package cannot be delivered due to the customer's inaction or error, the order cannot be refunded but the customer can choose between a Gift Card refund or have the order resent. Only one replacement can be offered per failed delivery.
